面目掙獰的想像

聽同事說有一個被資遣的同事被威脅
只因為她在勞工局備案，因為公司可能不會發資遣費
原因是她還在試用期內

不過
試用期是犯法
資遣人家不發資遣費也是犯法

不過
口出威脅言語並不犯法
羞辱咒罵也不犯法
眾人排擠也不犯法

也許
社會的進步，人文的發展只是假象
還是時常聽到
身為一個人
卻失去的最基本的權利

眼看新聞播放社區民眾用盡各式方法趕走精神障礙的社團
我在想
如果那些趕人的人，在電視上看到自己拿著掃帚與咒罵的模樣
他們是否知覺到自己的可怕

如果經理聽到「妳私自向勞工局備案，那以後別家公司來徵信妳的時候，我會說妳很難搞」
她是否會知覺到自己的可怕
如果經理聽到「公司裁掉你，已經賠了很多錢，妳還要向公司要資遣費，以前在X碁公司的時候，被資遣的人根本不會向公司要資遣費」
她是否會知覺到自己的愚昧

常覺得，這新帝國主義比起過去又更過了些
階級從來就沒有消失過
人與人之間單純的尊敬，彷彿是一場美好的想像

法律難以即時觸及屋簷底下的陰暗
只有人當下的判斷與抉擇
可以決定
這屋簷下
是天堂還是地獄
